I used to work in customer service, and believe me, I would never treat someone like they have treated me. Wow, what a terrible staff, with no sympathy or care for anyone else. It’s like they don’t even want to work, or do their job. What is one to do? I wanted to be nice, but I gave up, it’s not worth it, this service is just garbage.

Everyone warned me against them, but I did not listen and I learned my lesson!
