I was promised shipping within less than a week. My order arrived almost a week after the ETA. Very bad experience for a firstime customer with them. Avoid them, should you be in need of a reliable company that cares for its customers. Their support line is appalling

I was on hold for over three and a half hours before being disconnected because the office had closed for the evening. To be such a successful company, you would think they could afford more employees. I am cancelling my service with them--if I can ever get through.
