It seems like some people simply do not want to do their job. I called this company’s customer service department several days ago. The agent was impatient and extremely rude. The agent was probably having a bad day, but he should not have taken it out on me. I reported the agent to his supervisor. I urge everyone to stay away from this company

I should have known better than to trust this place. The first three times I called no one answered and the fourth time it sounded like they answered and immediately hung up. I thought that was unprofessional but it was nothing compared to the service I got when someone actually answered. Unknowledgeable and unpleasant. I don’t think they even train their people on phone etiquette. There were so many “um”s and “uh”s and unreasonably long pauses after I spoke that I don’t know if I would trust these people to know how to hang up properly, so I did it for them. I do not recommend this business.
