In the space of two weeks we first took a kitten to the vet practice. www.vet.co.uk in Norris Green In liverpool, thought she had an eye infection and spent 60 pounds on treatment that was rubbish as it turned out she had a water on the brain and was blind after going to the PDSA who put her down . Then today couldn't get hold of the PDSA so went back to this vet with a sick guinea pig, charged us 140 pounds for x rays and observation then had the cheek to say come collect your pet as we don't have the right equipment to get fluids in her, sadly he passed before we could get there to take her somewhere else. This vet practice does not care for animals, they want cold, hard cash, are very evasive in any answers you ask and quite simply a disgrace. They have put two young animals through unnecessary suffering and in case they ready this, I do not want a refund of the 200 pounds you have cost me, I want people to know all you care is about the cash and before I forget, remember with the Kitten where you said she needed some crucial eye ointment but had none and took you four days to ring to say it was now in, by then she was dead! Disgusting is all that springs to mind, take your pet here, be charged a fortune and unless it is minor illness you will lose your pet. Disgraceful.
