The service went from good to bad in no time. Unacceptable work done by unprofessional people. Left the work area in shambles. Then they thought that they could overcharge me and I would not notice. I wonder how many people this has been done too that did not check their statements. Fifty dollars may not be a lot to some people but when you have limited income, it's a lot.

First of all, I can’t imagine how people who run a business can be this lackadaisical. The staffs are completely unmotivated and act like it’s your fault that they have to work and even make you feel sorry that you called them. I was really looking forward to a great working attitude, this company just consists of mean and unprofessional people who probably feel they are too good for their customers.
