A company cannot call themselves great unless they offer excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this company does not. The customer service rep didn't seem to know anything about the company or the services that they provide. I couldn't work with this company because what if the tech had little knowledge as well.

I expected better from someone of this stature, but your company seems to always fall when it should rise, and boy did it make my blood pressure rise. I have never been so disgusted and disrespected and I can honestly say that your company is useless to me and anyone else who tries to deal with your services.
