They did a job that was well below par, that left me fuming actually, and then had the audacity to charge me the price they did, which was rather extortionate as it is! It seemed to me that they have no morals, that they’re happy to do any old job slapdash and then expect us to pay the full price.

I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour yesterday. I was told that my shipment had been routed to five different shipping facilities in the last several days. It was supposed to be here in three days as a surprise for my wife! I'm very disappointed in them.
