To all online services: it is advisable to rise from your desk and walk outdoors for a break before snapping someone’s head off for asking a simple question. If it’s that stressful in your office, call centre or whatever, then my suggestion to you is get some medication or listen to soothing music or something. Biting my head off for asking a question nicely is totally unnecessary. Going somewhere else.

There are lots of exclusions, most of which are on the items that I'm interested in. The hassle and expense really don't make it worth my time to shop with them
