also in beginning when i purchase a soclean -great machine- great friendly service- now was sent a replace from soclean- and i'm on oxygen 24/7COPD stage 3 and emphsema- all i did was call sleep direct to get a tracking number to cancil a ground pick up and treated me rude like i was mentally challenge and not disabled- stress triggers flares up- so i pray this machine keeps going- never will ever purchase directly through soclean again either- turned into better business bureau- i use to work in the health field i'm not saying all at sleep direct but some need to take the high road and work a job that does not have to do with medical devices- praying all of this doesn't worsen my health anymore than what it is
