One uses online services to avoid the disasters arising from brick and mortar companies using incompetent workers. One certainly doesn’t expect to find such workers online. But, there it is. The service I hired sent incompetent workers to do the job, and they made a real hash of it. I won’t use this service again. Andy Young

This service did not deliver as promised. I was disappointed because I was excited over their claims about their company. The customer service representative completely ignored me, and when I approached her after twenty minutes of standing around looking like an idiot as I tried to gain her attention, she made it clear she was uninterested in helping me, and only begrudgingly did so. I won't be going back.
