I didn't value being left on hold for more than 20 minutes when I have bunches of things to do. What's more, when somebody answers, they pass me off to another person. Three times. This is the most wasteful organization I have ever needed to manage. Their client benefit doesn't have any thought what they are doing. I called another person and got the administration I required at a lower cost. I will never contact them again.

I was a fool to think that the services that you offer would even match to those I have seen from your competitors. You need to take a lesson from your competition and get out of business because the services of your company are less than the word that they guarantee, and the word of your company isn’t worth anything to me.
