Brick and mortar stores use incompetent workers all the time. One stands in line listening to the litany of preventable problems and sighs. Online services should be different, but they’re not. This service’s wares were backordered, but did they message me about it? They did not. A simple email would have kept me as a customer. Take heed, service, because I won’t return.

Don't ever use this company as they just take all your money!!! Taking my business elsewhere.
