Review about Samsung
I purchased the gear fit 2 had for 3 days and each day battery lasted 12-13hrs. I had turned off everything that could be turned off to the point of making it pointless to own this watch. Seeing as the reviews say 3-5 day battery life depending on use I return it, got another and the issues are exactly the same. So this time I called. First off the person I got new nothing about the gear fit and was telling me what the reviews say and offered NO help so I called back. Second person did the same exact thing and told me to turn the colored screen off, the heart rate, blue tooth, and WiFi. At that point why do I have this. I had all this stuff on 24/7 on my Garmin and battery lasted 7 days. So the sec persons offered for me to mail my watch back and have them fix it and mail it back. REALLY! I've had it 3 days it's brand new, I didn't pay $200 for you to fix my brand new watch and mail it back leaving me w/o for up to 14 days. Since this phone call I have gone on several boards and fb pages only to read that everyones gear fit 2 is only lasting 12-14 hrs unless everything is turned off. No where in the specs does it say in order for battery to last you can't use this watch as intended which is smart on Samsungs part b/c who would buy it. Never been more disappointed with a product or thier customer service.
