To all online services: it is advisable to rise from your desk and walk outdoors for a break before snapping someone’s head off for asking a simple question. If it’s that stressful in your office, call centre or whatever, then my suggestion to you is get some medication or listen to soothing music or something. Biting my head off for asking a question nicely is totally unnecessary. Going somewhere else.

The items in my shipment arrived with defects. It took the company ten days to replace my order. I needed those items for a party I was hosting. Needless to say, I didn't have them in time.
