I would love to give this company a great review thanks to the amazing job that the tech did. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I cannot give the company a good review due to the treatment that I received when I contacted the company. The customer service rep was very rude and quick to get off the phone. When I called for an email address to praise the work of the technician, she told me that she couldn't give it out. When I asked for a physical address to send a letter, she disconnected my call.

Your company must have some kind of issue when it comes to being a real business because that’s all I was given from you guys, “The Business”, and it was not good. The services that you offer are barely that and they show a mockery of how a company should be run. Please stop trying to give services that are less than par and only hurt and don’t help the customer. It is better that you don’t be in business.
