Very disappointed in this company. Despite requesting that their complaints department please respond to my phone and email queries. Dealing with customer service was a monumental battle, and whilst they stated that they were responsible, they neglected to offer me a satisfactory conclusion to problem. The entire experience was dreadful, the organisation is one I will never do business with again.
