Why can’t a business hire people who know how to be civil? It’s so simple! I’m not asking for people to be overly polite or anything, but there should at least be a base layer of respect for everyone. Respect is imperative for business, but these guys don’t get that.

Every time I call their toll-free customer support number, I get put on hold for ten to twenty minutes or more. I don't have this much time to get my order straightened out.
