I’ve used online services for many years with great success. It’s the rare online service that jacks me or attempts to for no reason at all. I was quite surprised when this one attempted to. I keep a tight eye on my bank account. So when I noted the second and third charges, I contacted the service to ask why. They said nothing untoward had happened and for me to call my financial institution. I did. And put a hold on my account. They won’t be able to touch my account again. Beware of this service.

I have never overheard something so appalling in all of my life. The staff were gossiping about my weight behind my back. This was more than unprofessional. If they are this "professional" around their customers, how professional are they with their work? I wouldn't trust them.
