Everytime I want to speak to this company its an average time of 10-15 mins holding then the uncertainly if you are getting through to the right company. I was holding for ten minutes then one chap said your through to the wrong department, then holding another 10 minutes then when i spoke to a really nice chap he said your not through to billing your through to Customer Services (CS). I have told him i don't want to deal with the company no more and i want a final bill they said they can organise a bill but cant close the account down cause it will leave you with supplier and its against the law. after dealing with this chap for 20 minutes i was just utterley stressed whilst waiting for him to get a senior person to get a bill sent to me. I did ask how many people work there and he said hundreds and 4 floors of people in various departments but a lot of people leave. I felt sorry for him but the company is a joke.Please don't waste time and money going here.
