There shouldn’t be a terrible service these days. With so much competition, wouldn’t it help companies to be nice? Well, this one doesn’t care. They could care less if I use them or not, and that’s why I’m not going to give them any more business. I’ve told everyone I know to avoid them, they are just not what they used to be.

Their customer service is terrible! If I would have known that I would be dealing with some seriously bad customer service, I would have gone somewhere else.
