When we complained we were told to file an official form & the directors would review it & make us an offer .If we were still not satisfied it would go back to Jenny Beck for review Needless to say we were offered nothing!! We spent just one night on the boat & said enough is enough. We were told we would get a refund if they rerented the boat We had two people call to try to rent a boat & both were told no boats were available also we visited the boat yard twice & our boat was nowhere to be found&yet jenny beck said it hadn't been rented !!
