I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years now, and I am appalled at how I was treated today when I called to speak to customer service about my service. I have always had good experiences with this company, but today, I spoke with the rudest young man who was more interested in getting me off the phone than helping me to solve my problem. I would like to speak with someone about this because this treatment is wrong.

The person who answered the phone was very friendly but transferred me to someone who I couldn’t even talk to. They barked at me, as if I had somehow offended them by calling. I was abruptly told to call back later, which was shocking enough but when I called back no one answered! This is no way to run your business.
