We were so excited to stay in Bellagio when we start our trip and were looking forward for the day to come to land up in. Bellagio.but once reach there it was totally disappointing.they had provided refrigerator in room but if you even put one water bottle for just 1 minute you were charged $42 for it.No coffee maker in room .once we needed one sugar sachet as my husband being diabetic has gone his sugar level down .when we ask for it on intercom they say $7service charge.so it was really disgusting by paying bomb for stay and no facilities.staff was very rude and not at all friendly .so it's my utmost request to people traveling to Vegas in future go for some other hotel.dont go by name and don't waste your hard earned money on such hopeless hotel ty for reading with patience
