Do not bother with this company for any reason at all, other than to help put them out of business. It's quite hard to believe they get any business at all. All of their staff seemed to not have been trained properly, and lacked every bit of customer service skills. My experience with them was almost traumatizing and not worth it at all. This company can't be good for anyone or anything at all. You can find much cheaper and professional options elsewhere.
