The woman at the call centre was quite rude. After the stress I had gone through with this company, I decided that enough was enough, and asked to speak with someone with a managerial capacity. Needless to say, my complaints were ignored. As this was all due to faulty advertisement on their part, I feel as though some amount is due me, such as a refund for services not rendered. As I cannot get satisfaction from their office, it appears my only recourse is to write this review, and perhaps, prevent another individual from being cheated by this outfit.

Really slow service! I was waiting for hours for something that should have taken 10 minutes! They do not value your time! Go somewhere else!
