Debit order on my account did not go through after request that my debit date be changed. Suspended my 2 phones and Wifi(Did not receive any sms to inform me about the debit order). After suspension I made direct payment and cleared funds. This was done on the 7the November, I phoned them explained my situation, still need to wait up to 72 hours for un suspension. Phoned everyday since, spoke to varies consultants without any help, got the phone put down in my ear, promises that phones will be connected within an hour, even one of the consultants agreed that the service is pathetic. Monday 12 November, still no reconnection. Phoned again still need to wait, maybe today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think it is time for a new service provider. Definitely!!!!
