Next time I choose an online service I’ll check the reviews. I didn’t read them for your service, or I would never have chosen you. You have the rudest personnel in the history of online services. I’ll not use your service again.

I had a lovely conversation with their customer service, who really went out of their way to appease me. They were friendly and happy to oblige my request. I am positive that I will be ringing them again.
