I used to be a big fan of this company, but they’re doing away with the services that I love and enjoy. I don’t understand why this at all and want to know why they keep making changes that don’t seem to benefit anyone but themselves.

Why is there never anyone answering the phone? I would hate to be the unfortunate soul who actually hired them and not can’t even get ahold of them. I would be furious. I think I really dodged a bullet on this one and hopefully anyone reading this will dodge one too.
