Do people not teach manners anymore? I bought tickets and things went smoothly until a small problem popped up. I contacted the service and was told “Look, lady, that’s not my problem”. Um, excuse me, but it is your problem. And my name is Mrs. Banner to you. I won’t use these people again.

I fought tooth and nail with a family member of mine who has a quick temper about if this place would be any good. He said there was no chance but I was had only heard good things. He was right. Terrible. I’ll never admit it to him but other customers deserve to know.
