I thought that I would at least have a decent experience with this company’s service based on word from acquaintances. Not the case. The staff were unresponsive, the job was mediocre and the whole experience was all around drab. These guys were definitely not anything special. Can’t give anyone a good recommendation.

I like the company's products, but I hate having to deal with their inept customer service representatives! They don't pay attention to what I tell them on the phone, and they keep asking me to repeat myself. It always takes a good half-hour or more to get things straightened out. They need more training or something!
