Review about Indian Travel Store
Recently me and my family had a tour to 'Shimla+ Manali+ Kasol' with Indian travel store for six nights and seven days.
The Travel agents communicated with me were Ms. Divya and Mr. Rohit.
They caused a greate harrasment from the day one of the trip. They communicated with a very inappropriate manner after we started the trip. They were constantly forcing me to pay the full amount on the very first day of the trip although we already had paid the major amount. How can a costomer pay the whole amount before every service check?
They threatened us by making us wait for more than two hours by stopping our driver to run the vehicle. They threatened us by saying what if the hotels doesn't allow us to check out.
The hotel reception had asked us regarding our payment at every hotel we checked in. They were so callous, they didn't even bother to make clarity with any of hotels. For every time, check out from hotels had became an issue. They wasted our time and exhausted our moods. They didn't picked up the calls on time.
With full frustration with their behaviour when I paid them the full amount on the 3rd day, it happened what I anticipated.
The standard of service went down. Hotels were far away from the cities Food and services were bare minimum.
The hotel near Shimla that we stayed for the last two days of our trip was worst in terms location and food served. It was 10 kilometres away from Shimla and far far away from any market or public spaces.
The agents had only called me to force to get the full payment. They didn't bothered to ask for the services even for once.
Although the behaviour of individual service person like driver and hotel reception persons were good but the management of the travel agency was very bad.
I will surely avoid to travel with these two agents.
