There is nothing more annoying than being treated like a nuisance by a company who you are paying good money to. They acted like my questions about the service was an annoyance. They also became irritated when I called to confirm the time of the appointment. I don't appreciate being treated this way by someone who is being paid quite well for their service.

This is the last time I will use one of your services in my household. Your company doesn’t want to provide a good service, it only wants to service itself, and that is, take my money. You will never get my money ever again, and I will never use your services by me or anyone in my family.
