This company has no empathy at all for its customers. They act like their precious service is infallible and ignores complaints from those of us who are having a hard time with it. They should realize how difficult it is to use their device. It's so frustrating and stupid. I wish we could use something else until company finally decide to start listening to people.

When it comes to an unreliable service company, I often don’t have the capacity to accommodate unethical approaches and low quality results. This often inclines me to invest in other companies I a bid to achieve the best value for my money. This was the case when I recently invested in the services of this company. The lacked the skills and resources to get the job done right, and were still bold enough to ask for pay.
