If I could give zero stars then I would. This was by far THE WORST service I have ever received, hands down. Nothing else even comes close. They were an hour late in picking the car up, even though we gave them ore than the required notice. Then, what they don't advise is that they meet you in the Gatwick multi-storey car park AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE TIME SPENT THERE WHEN DROPPING OFF AND COLLECTING YOUR CAR! If this was blatantly advertised then people would realise it's probably cheaper (and easier) to just park at Gatwick. When we came home from our holiday. I called them with an hour's notice. We arrived at the collection point only to find more than 10 other couples/families waiting for their cars. (One of the drivers had crashed another families car so they were speaking to police and insurance companies at the same time.). After waiting another hour I was told my car would be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back and was told another 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and was told that they cant find my keys. After 15 minutes I called back and was told it would be 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and they stopped answering my calls. I used someone else's phone and they said it would be 15 mins. In total I waited around 4 hours at Gatwick (from around Midnight to 4am) before I decided to check the North Terminal. I drove there from the South and found my car dumped there wit the keys on the tyre. I was promised a discount but they don't respond to emails or phone calls. I will never use this service again and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid this at all costs. Pay for the airport parking. It may be a little bit more expensive but ultimately a lot less painful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
