Poor quality, overpriced and unreliable. Do not allow substations for your orders as I was set a more expensive substitute and charged a much higher price. Not only was the originally ordered item not sent or delivered but I had to pay a huge sum of money for something I did not even want. I even noticed that some of the packaging was ripped or torn.

I suffer from O.C.D and can sometimes get a little crazy trying to micromanage every little thing. The level of service that I received from this company, is near extinct. You truly just do not see it anywhere anymore. They showed me exactly what I was being charged for and continued to humor me throughout. I usually feel guilty for my eccentricities, but they made me feel completely at ease. Thank you, guys, so much, for your incomparable professionalism.
