The entire service was an absolute nightmare to endure. I am left bereft of all trust in dealing with contractors after this bit of unpleasantness. Not only was I over charged, but the demeanour of their team was less than desirable. They seemed to resent my presence and queries into the procedures done. I feel if I am to be charged, I should be informed as to what is happening, it is, after all, my own home they are fiddling with. To have workmen you are paying treat you in such an ill mannered way is not something I will tolerate, so I told them to pack up, and sent them on their way. Needless to say, customer service was of no assistance. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone.

The staff was very complacent about an incident I had. Disappointing.
