Do people not teach manners anymore? I hired an online service, and things went smoothly until a small problem popped up. I contacted the service and was told “Look, lady, that’s not my problem”. Um, excuse me, but it is your problem. And my name is Mrs. Banner to you. I won’t use these people again.

I've been their services for many months without any significant problems. I get my deliveries on time and whenever I complain they are always ready to assist.
