I would leave zero stars if possible. I have never dealt with people who acted as if they could care less as much as these folks do! I've been waiting since May (it is now almost Dec.) to get reimbursement from my oral surgery. My oral surgeon's office faxed the information which Always Assist claim they never received, then they emailed it and received an automated response stating it would be processed immediately. A month later info is still not showing under claims and when I called yet again, was told "it was denied". I asked "why" and they said they did not receive the medical denial which is untrue. This is the absolute worst dental insurance I have ever had. I will be discontinuing coverage just as soon IF ever I get my reimbursement. Ridiculous!
