Well, here we go again! This is the second time the customer service department has failed to live up to my expectations. I worked as a customer care service department manager years ago. My employees were courteous, professional, and helpful. The customer care department agents at this company are the opposite. They have a mean attitude, and they will put you on hold for a long period of time

Could not place this review fast enough, I really hope I save some people the trouble of the experience I just had. Do not use this company! Spend your money with a business that will appreciate your patronage and not treat you like a burden. Money talks! Maybe if this place loses some money they will start to care about how they interact with their customers. Unbelievable. There is nothing good to say about this place. How are they still in business with service like this?
