After sending off a reasonably worded letter of complaint to this organisation, I have yet to see a reply. They portray themselves as a rather trustworthy operation on their website, but when you engage them in their services, they are offer less than stellar performance. For the price paid, one would think I'd be deserving of top notch service, instead of the actual substandard work.

They are affordable and very talented at what they do. I will be passing their number along to my mum in law.
