This is a total scam! Couple of weeks ago I ordered a teeth whitening kit. It seemed very promising and I really wanted to try the product and see the results for myself. However, my order never showed up. Tried to contact them but got no reply from the customer service team. I insist on getting a refund as it's been quite a long time and I simply can't wait no more. Hope that this review will help other people and prepare them for a situation like this.
