Review about AT&T
We had 2 accounts, my wifes & mine. We were paying with a check and they were taking it out of our checking account each month .so we were over paying .We tried to get this into one account several times.We had TV cut off a few times they said we owed them money. The guy at the ATT store said we had over paid but to pay the bill and they would ajust it after this was all straighten out.Every time you call ATT i know it would i have to stay on their for a close 1 hr. or more . The same is pretty much true at the store but I feel like at they did their best to fix the problem.I have spent several l hours trying to fix a problem you would think their PC could straighten out.I I think I have spent over 10 hours the last few month going from PC to Pc to one ATT person to another I have heard several complants about ATT so I know it was not just me. They need a major over- haul of customer service..
