We booked/purchased a car rental for our family vacation this year through Priceline.com. Advertised on their website as, "Unlimited Mileage", "Pay at Pick-up", and "Free Cancellation". So I booked the car, four days later found out our son and his wife were not going to be able to get off work for this week. I called Priceline to cancel, even asked to change the date. Was told this is non cancelable, no refund rental with Avis! In addition they had already Billed my Credit Card! Non of which they had advertised on their Website. They advertised "Unlimited Mileage", "Pay at Pick-up", and "Free Cancellation". Now after four weeks of making/changing vacation plans to accommodate not my family, but Priceline. I'm told by Priceline, they cancelled the rental, but have not refunded my money. So, now we have a vacation scheduled that our one son and daughter will not be able to go with us, and NO car rental. Thanks Priceline for taking my money, adding stress, and causing our son and daughter to miss out on our family vacation that we all get to take Once a Year. I will NEVER and for GOOD reason do business with Priceline again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST everyone to find another company to deal with. Priceline is company driven by GREED.
