I usually try to be lenient when it comes to doing business with people because you never know what unforeseen circumstances can affect a business’s performance. However, some things are just plain inexcusable. One thing that should never be tolerated by customers is rudeness from those in a business. At the very least, cordiality is imperative. The people who represent this business do not do so in a positive light, and therefore I will certainly take my business elsewhere.
