We have two of these swings. One is a dual swing: 422L 2-Person Swing and is located in Palm Springs, CA desert. I sent an email asking about the deterioration of the fabric on the swing where it was directly exposed to the most desert sun. It was turning color. Also there was some small deterioration I noticed close to the pillows. I sent photos. Within 4 days that sent new fabric and pillows. This kind of customer service is amazing. The swings are expensive but provide the most comfortable relaxation when swinging. You feel like a baby being rocked in a cradle. Thank you to the company for standing behind their product. We adore our swings.
