When the service rejected my credit card, my first call was the bank. Everything was alright. My second call was the main office of the service. Everything was alright. Tried it again, again it failed. I’m not messing with this service again.

Returns are taking longer and longer to process. I don't return products often, but when they arrive damaged or broken, I should be able to return them for an exchange or credit.
