The service has taken a sharp drive downward. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I’m usually loyal, but there’s no reason to do so with their company, I’m done. I can’t believe how disingenuous the staff is, and how far gone the service has become. It’s definitely a shame, things are just not good any longer. It’s appalling.

Every part of this experience was negative! They do not know how to run their business!
