Review about Subaru
When I first attempted to buy a Subaru I had to go through eight dealerships before finding someone who would even pay attention to me on their lots and in the buildings. Then once I did talk to anybody they would always just hide in their office, afraid to do any actual work. However, now I am the current owner of a 2013 Subaru WRX and every time I bring the vehicle to a shop it ends up coming out worse than it was when it went in. Today I went to do an oil change and discovered that the last person to do an oil change (a certified Subaru dealer) had stripped the oil pan. They blamed a previous company even though it is blatantly their fault and went on saying that I needed to personally pay the bill. Also, warranties are absolutely useless because all they ever make is excuses as to why their mistakes are not covered by warranty. In other words, at first they do not want to sell you a vehicle and then continue to harm your vehicle at any chance possible...leaving you the bill. I highly suggest against buying a Subaru strictly because of their service. FYI-They do not allow unapproved reviews on their websites.
