More than 40 days, since i purchased the product worth rupees 10k, no reply, absolutely nothing till now, plus they don't take any cash on delivery, so basically when you pay for your product via debit or credit card you have actually made a big mistake because when it doesn't get delivered, you have no way to get it back....
