This company is a high end consumer product company. I found what I wanted for ages and purchased it. Payment went through and waited and waited for the product. I had to contact the company on several occasions to find out where my product was only to be told that the product was out of stock. I asked for my money back as if I had known at the time that the product was out of stock I would have looked elsewhere. They advised it was not possible for a refund as though they were out of stock I would be receiving my goods in due course. I told them that I should not have to wait for goods that were out of stock and the customer services department became very short and rude. You would think that a high end consumer product company would have better manners
